I’ve recently come across the Service Anchoring Clamp PA 25 for use in low-voltage aerial bundled cables (ABC) and wanted to ask if anyone here has used it or has any feedback on its performance.
From what I gathered, the PA 25 clamp is designed for cable sections 4(2)x10mm², 4(2)x16mm², and 4(2)x25mm². It’s made from high-strength materials, resistant to UV radiation and environmental factors. The clamp features cogged internal channels for a secure grip on the conductor’s insulation, which ensures reliability and prevents slippage. Plus, it has a minimum breaking force of 2 kN, so it seems quite sturdy.
I’m particularly interested in hearing from anyone who’s used this product in their own installations or projects. How does it hold up in real-world conditions? Has anyone experienced any issues or have any tips for installation?
Also, if anyone has used Marel products for similar applications, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Would you recommend it, or are there other brands that perform better for these kinds of installations?
Looking forward to hearing your experiences and recommendations!
Thanks in advance!
